Clark headed toward surgery

With enough luck, he's headed toward retirement too...

They should really sell high on Clarks great season. It's the perfect time to get some team to overpay for performance that is not going to be repeated.....

Oh wait....that was last year....DOH!!

We'll be saying the same thing about at least one of Byrnes or Hudson next year. Sad

Remember when the rumors were swirling about the Cubs giving up PROSPECTS for TC when Derrek Lee went down...

Anywho, I just gave up TC in my simulation league for Evan MacLane and Cla Meredith...so I think my future is a bit brighter now

Byrnes is next year's designated "PV" .. He's not likely to be traded.

I wonder how likely he is to recover fully, quickly enough to be a part of 2007?

Byrnes or Clark? If Byrnes, from what?

Clark, from his surgery. But 2005 was sure a fluke for him...

Any word on whether Carter's improving with his glove? TC's job should/could be his.
