I've been to probably 10 games total at BOB and I'm pretty that game was one of them. It was a Memorial Day day game vs. the Cardinals during (I think) the 2001 season. It really was a pretty cool catch. He got a standing ovation and all.
I went to 3 straight games on that trip and even cooler witnessed Mark McGwire hit into a triple play vs. Randy Johnson.

| I was thinking of that one that Gonzo made where he squirmed his way into the left field stands at dodger stadium last year. The comment made by that goggled catcher (can't remember his name) was hilarious. |

Jason Phillips is a worthless piece of garbage.
All time worst quote: "Counsell is notorious for getting hit on pitches like that," Dodgers catcher Jason Phillips said. "He's a pesky guy, so he doesn't have many friends in this clubhouse. I said something to him when he was up in the ninth inning, because the ball was a strike, and it only missed him by an inch and a half."
At the time Phillips made that quote, during the span he had played in the majors, Phillips had more HBPs than Counsell.
