I don't see why you would want any of your pitching prospects to pitch in the PCL. Your not going to learn anything new that you wouldn't learn in the SL other then AAAA fillers have poor attitudes.

I certainly hope that they don't make any moves right now to take anyone from the starting rotation.

Smith is getting his groove back and Scherzer and Brown have really brought the rotation into line with 5 quality guys (iincluding Green and Vasquez) out there now. If the bullpen can continue to work well, the team might stay hot, even when the offense may be down a bit.

The BayBears just won their 7th game in a row ... swept West Tenn at home last week and beat Jacksonville in their yard this evening. They are having some great success now and I for one hope the 5 starting pitchers stay there for a while so the team can gel a bit more.

Jacksonville and Montgomery are very tough to win in. There both hornets nests.

They are the Yankee Stadium and Fenway parks of the SL.

Yep, hottest team in the Southern League right now. It is my most humble opinion that the addition of Scherzer and Brown are key to the improvement and I fully expect the team to have a strong second half. Laughing
