I'm not sure if I understand the rating system. It seems real extreme on some players and not so much on others. Below is the NLW summary of points for the players I could find on the list:

This all jives....our lineup and position players sucked last year.....of course things got better when Drew and Quentin played....but they didn't play enough to offset the suck

The team ranked near the bottom in measures like Team OPS+, Team EQA, and Team Defensive Efficiency Rating.....so of course they are going to look like crap here.

The pitching staff put up a team 106 ERA+ last year and kept the team afloat.
