My guess is this thread will get locked up pretty soon, but while I'm free as a bird...

Check out the loving that Mets fans are dishing out for Shawn's defense...

http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/newsstand/discussion/ap_st_louis_4_ny_mets_2/

Shoewiz should show up with his "I told you so, b!tches" hat...

heh... nice comparison:

Quote:
Seriously, the man's outfield play is kind of like a Frankenstein's monster. He combines Roger Cedeno's instincts, David Wright's positioning, and Benji Molina's speed. All he needs is Bernie Williams' arm, and we'd have the Perfect Storm: the absolute worst possible outfielder of all time.

at work these mets fans thought they "stole" green from us..........i said "wait you will love 4-3 put outs and k's" his "defense" has just been the topping!

can you see it now 0-4 k in 2nd, k in 5th 4-3 in 7th and to top it off with the tying run on 2nd in the 9th............4-6-3 rally killing, series killing, season killing double play...........

some where that shawngreenisbeyondgodalwful guy is having some nice bonding monments with his son.....

Speaking of pics, and only slightly off-topic, here's a shot of Juan Encarnacion tonight. Would somebody please give Juan's phone number to A-rod?

I had previously seen your version but never noticed the heels. I'd like one of those matching games in the newspaper

We really need to be nice to ARod, it's not his fault that his hormone levels were going crazy, it was that time of the month:

There is also another version where his uni is pink.

That's not Foulke, that's Arroyo.

Photoshoping an AP picture, $0.17
Uploading it on the Web, $0.24

Confusing Arroyo with Foulke and showing everyone you're a moron
Priceless
