Do physical altercations w/ half of your roster improve your rankings in this super genius tabulation?

Something tells me that if Arizona could've at least broke even on runs score/allowed, Melvin would be in the top 3.

20 Clint Hurdle
From all accounts Hurdle is a nice guy and a player favorite. And he did get the Rockies to the Series last year. But really, his managerial career is pretty much one outstanding month (which was the catalyst for a playoff run) and a lot of underachieving the rest of the time, lately with one of the best offensive and defensive lineups in baseball.
Even if you want to give him the benefit of the doubt with some of the lesser teams he was saddled with earlier in his career, I'd like to see what he does this year before I anoint him a genius. Right now his record doesn't look that much different than Gil Hodges, save for Hodges actually won his World Series. Nobody ever confuses Hodges with being a genius. Both managers rode an improbable once in a lifetime hot streak that sticks out from everything else they've ever done.
