SF and LA are really equally hated in my view. I voted for LA, as there were 2 votes for SF already on the board. |

I too equally dislike SF & LA but after having to deal with Ruckle/Buckle for 2+ years on the old board, SF gets the nod. |

Giants. I grew up a Dodger fan, so Giant hatred just sort of carried over... |

I have to hate LA since I'm living in SoCal. Dodgers fans are everywhere here.

My selection of LA has a lot to do with the number of years they knocked Philadelphia out of the NL championship and a shot at the World Series.
Living for 3 years in SF didn't draw me into the SF-LA feud; but it did sorta create a place for SF in the baseball spectrum. But the only team I dislike more than the LAD is the NYY.

NYY will always remain atop my "hated" list
LAD once were there (carry over from 60s battles with my Cards), but now I dislike SF a bit more because their fans seem a bit nastier when experiencing them first hand on their turf. LAD fans are relatively harmless in LA--more focused on batting beach balls and booing the ushers that snatch them away.

I have fond memories of the 77 and 78 NLCS. 83, not so much.

I said SF but it's pretty equal between them and LA. Things are slowly moving toward LA as they get better and SF gets worse. |

I voted for SF. Hell, I live here and the fans are just absolutely the worst, most arrogant assholes ever. The Gnats have actually superceded my hatred for the Yankees, who now come in at #2.... followed by the Dodgers.

I hate whatever teams are ahead of us in the standings. If two NL West teams were playing in the NLCS, I'd root for a nuclear holocaust.
But since this is a poll, I pick the Dodgers because I can't stand the beach balls at the BOB, and all the loud and obnoxious Dodger fans... |

Well, i hate LA and SF but voted LA. I don't see SF giving us big problems for the next decade so its more fun to hate the Dognuts.

Voted for LAD the tie breaker was the Dodgers will be the toughest competition and I don't see the Giants threatening us that much. |

I might have voted for SD after the last game of the season, and all the "trash talk" we were hearing from the SD fans who'd attended the game (and the bar&grill thereafter); but then, it was nice to have some of that SD money come here (esp. considering all the 'zonies who vacation in SD) -- and they certainly got their comeuppance in the NLDS.
But neither Sd or COL have been "good enough" for long enough (or, in the case of the Rocks, ever) to warrant being disliked in the way that the LAD or SFG have come to be viewed...
