| Actually, since Wright is only going to cost the Orioles 3 million, I don't think this is such a bad trade for them. It might work out. |

only if both wright and mazzone move together back to atlanta...
as shoewiz pointed out, $3m for one year of wright isn't a bad deal...
i'd actually explore whether the yankees would eat most of pavano's contract for the next two years (ie, 6-7m/year) to trade him out for spare parts as well...
