Well, either he did something bad, and he is setting himself up to be totally humiliated, or he is going to win a huge settlement.
TVErik over at Primer claims he was told to stop with the hanky panky or he would be fired, and then he did it again, so got the axe.
While ESPN hurts themselves by not coughing up the personal files, it's pretty ballsy of Reynolds to take this step not knowing whats in there.
My guess is both sides lose. Stuff will come out that Reynolds will not like to see in public, and his reputation will take a further hit...but he will probably end up with some kind of settlement from ESPN>
This does have the potential to go to trial and be a high profile, tawdry case.....just what we need, another mindless diversion.
