According to runs scored and runs allowed, this team (Diamondbacks) should have a record of 79-83. Of course, this time of year, actual wins and losses are the only things that matter. This is the NL's best team and one poised to maintain that success for years to come.

This is the part I enjoyed reading:
Quote: |
The Cubs are in the postseason with a modest 85 wins, and they ranked 29th in strength of schedule. |
I want to know one thing. Which team had the easier schedule than the Cubs?

Damn, the SOS chart has all 6 NLC teams occupying the bottom of the chart.

Yeah, those teams were scheduled to play the most games against NL Central teams. LOL
Ironic when you look at the Giants. By virtue of being the last place team in the NL West they wound up with the 4th toughest schedule in all of baseball. While the last place Pirates only managed 26th on strength of schedule.
