Buried in the article:
Quote:
Matching up: Melvin will announce Monday what his rotation will look like in the near future, and the composition of that will go along way toward determining how much playing time catcher Miguel Montero will get.
"[We'll] probably look at matching Montero up with guys we want to see him with," Melvin said. "Nothing is set in stone yet."
The matchups will be based on who Melvin wants to see Montero catch, as well as who the club feels he would work best with. Montero caught Edgar Gonzalez last week when the right-hander was impressive in a 2-0 loss to the Marlins.
Maybe this means 'rique will finally be shut down.

I would say Enrique is DEFINITELY being shut down, and the only question is whether or not Edgar or Cruz takes his spot. I don't think they will go to a 6 man rotation, and they will make sure Webb gets his last 4 starts in, as they are aware of the Cy Young race.

Has Bacsik returned to Tucson yet?
I don't know (he should be) -- but if/when he is, it's time to call him up for a look-see...
... or, at least, when the PCL Championship series is done (with the Tucson Sidewinders as the PCL champs, of course!)...
