I haven't taken a GameDay thread all year, so since I'll be at this one with BOND, I figured what the hell. The D-Backs never win in SF when BOND and I go, they have had a hell of a time winning in SF *at all,* and Livan's starting tonight...against Lincecum! So maybe three wrongs will combine to make a right tonight.
Livan Hernandez (10-9, 4.79) vs. Tim Lincecum (7-4, 4.05)
Also worth noting: *If* we get to the 9th with a lead tonight, I'd have to assume Valverde is unavailable after pitching three days in a row. Will Wickman take the 7th inning slot tonight, Pena the 8th, and Lyon the 9th? I hope we're in a position to find out.
