I'll take Miggy ( 10-5, 4.34 ) over Weaver ( 2-4, 5.34 )
I think that we have some stored up hits after last night's game. |

They better have some hits saved up, it's Jeff freaking Weaver. Don't be surprised if Clark gets the start, he's 6-9 against him with 2 HR's. Tracy, Gonzo, and Estrada have great numbers against him as well. |

The Dbacks only need be within 2 runs going into the 9th inning to win any of these games. Isringhausen WILL give up the runs when he's inserted (as long as the Dbacks are patient enough to take the walks and hit batters and will then lay into the inevitable lollipop that he'll hang in the center of the plate). |

So what you are saying is that if we go into the 9th with Jackson (walk), Quentin (HBP), and then Young (HR) we should win. On the other hand, if it is Tracy (K), Estrada (FO), Clark (weak GO), we are screwed...

That's pretty much it Issy "saves" games only when he gets lucky and the opponents screw up. |

I'm watching football....
I told you, my minimum standard is 3 out of 4....
3 out of Drew, Young, Jackson and Quentin.
They get no support from me whatsoever in any games that Melvin does not start at least 3 of them. |

Miggy got a few pitches up in the 1st but did a much better job of keeping it down in the 2nd.
Maybe he is settling in. |

we give up 3 runs in the first inning.
albert pujols manages to catch and save a line drive with his ass.
being sucky is one thing, but being sucky and unlucky? this just isn't fair.
