IIRC, there was a discussion at the first incarnation of this board about the 7 am "rule' (so-called), and whether or not it was to be strictly enforced, or function more as a guideline. The consensus opinion was that it was not so much a rule as a "suggestion."

Actually Melvin will recall Hairston today and then option him back tomorrow to make room for Counsell.
