Let me introduce myself. I'm daddy d, thats right I'm new to this forum.
Useuallly I don't get on forums. But, the people on this forum seem to like what the F.O. is doing and who they have picked up in the off season. I'm a transplant from another team, and by my user name you can figure out who I am. I just wanted to say hi to those of you who stand behined the team no matter what. Here's to a good season. Welcome aboard. Of course everyone will now be trying to figure out who you are ....LOL.
Thanks for dropping in and saying hello. We have a good time here. We support the team, but we bitch and moan alot too, especially when they are dumbasses. Fortunately, there are not too many times they have been dumbasses since they hired JB and his crew. So most of the dumbassery has been left to us.  |

Whenever I see just wanted to say hi....It brings back memories of Gene Autry, being let out of his limo, of course, he waited for the driver to open the door, and out he stepped in flashy silver suit, big 10 gallon hat, and a look only a star has.....so everyone's waiting for the King to address his subjects...so he makes entry into the world out the limo, in his silver suit, bolo tie, 10 gallon hat, simultaneously looking at everybody, the crowd is breathless, and the King waves slowly and says "Hi." And everyone remembers.

Seriously, 99% of us feel the D backs made an excellent trade to bring Doug here, and are confident he is going to help the club alot.
