He told Costas that he's thinking of hanging it up at the end of his contract. I guess the NY atmosphere is really getting to him. It's a shame because when he retires he could be pretty close to 600 HR.

Of course, he's probably talking out of his ass but who knows. If it still isn't fun at that point and he's made plenty of money then what is the point of continuing?

'Tis indeed. Median list price in NYC this week is $449,950. Of course Alex could always retire in Miami, the city where he grew up, where the median list price this week is only $350,000.

BTW, the median list price in Phoenix this week is only $314,900. Smile
