Well that was a real quick blink and you miss top of the 1st Inning. Down 1-2-3 on 6 pitches.
We are live on BT Sport today. My only hope is we put up a fight.

That was odd
And Bryant gets a double out of the blown call

Fowler: 2-2, strikes out swinging on a nice curve 1 out
Heyward: strike three called on outside heat 2 out - and Archie coming out of the gate very strong
Bryant: fast ball-curve-fastball taken 1-2. Beef gets crossed up. looking for a curve, got a fast ball,
Bryant got a piece and stays at the plate. on the low inside corner, didn't get a call 2-2
more fouls and Bryant hanging in there. smash to left center for a double. a little too fat on the outside.
Butcher to the mound.
Rizzo: Beef hits him in the head trying to throw the ball back to the mound. Quick 0-2 and Archie
is a strike throwing machine right off the launching pad. 2 low outside teasers and Rizzo won't bite.
fouls one off on the high outside protect and stays 2-2. up the middle and Ahmed, on the shift, is playing
just right of second and it's right to him, over to first and we are scoreless after 1

Lamb:
Bradley with 17 strikes and 6 balls in the first. Lamb goes 1-2. fast ball outside corner
Lackey doesn't get the call. Lamb goes down and hits a rocket to right but Heyward
makes a fine leaping catch at the track.
Beef: slow dribbler to third, can't make the barehand pickup, infield single
Owings: runs it to 3-2 after going 0-2. and gets the walk. Owings looking like
a hitter this year instead of a blind man swinging his cane
Tomas: strike called low edge of zone. then 3 balls way low. high fly right center
taken by Fowler. 2 out
Ahmed: swing and a miss 0-2. time called as Lackey delivers. misses low outside
and Lackey expresses his displeasure. blows him away swinging. 2 left
scoreless going to last of 2nd. Ahmed vs. Lackey looks like a terrible mismatch

Lackey with a 27 pitch inning in the 2nd, 33 total, 21 strikes
Zobrist leads off the home 2nd: changeup taken 0-2. grounds to Segura on the shift, 1 out
LaStella: curve hits the low zone 0-1. hits the low inside corner, didn't get a call 1-1
hanger ripped into left center. Owings races over to get it, can't pick it up and LaStella
lands on second with a double.
Miggy: broadcasters discussing important issues like whether or not there is a prize
in crackerjacks today. 2-1 the count. goes to 3-2. high heat too high and it's a walk
Baez: Curve on the low zone, Arch gets the call 0-1. 0-2 to 2-2. swing and a miss on a
dandy curve. 2 out, runners still at first and second
Lackey: takes two rips, two fouls, 0-2. at least he's swinging the bat and making an effort.
foul tip and held for strike three. scoreless after 2.
Bradley looking very good today. Appears to be making progress. I just wonder
how this stuff he's bringing today, will look at Chase.
Bradley at 45 pitches, 31 strikes.

Kinda hard to be picking up a bouncing ball when your glove is parallel to the ground.

Bradley strikes out. 1 out
Segura rips it left of the keystone for a single, then is thrown out at second, 2 out
might be challenged. Hale decides against it. Appeared to be safe on the replay.
Bourn: strikes out swinging on a breaker diving low and inside and out of the zone.
going to last of 3, scoreless
Lackey at 42 pitches, 28 strikes.

Fowler: 2-1. hits the low inside corner, doesn't get a call 3-1. swing miss 3-2
grounds to Goldy for out 1
Heyward: center cut, low, takes Tomas to the track but stays in the yard. 2 out
Bryant: jammer foul 0-1, wormburner to Ahmed and it's 1-2-3. Bradley 55 pitches, 37 strikes
probably will reach the 100 pitch limit mid 6th.
after 3 scoreless

@Kelly_Crull (hot blonde) with the bleacher bums
Goldy: 1-1. foul back 2-2 #FowlersHowlers. 3-2. sky ball to Fowler in center. 1 out
Lamb: hot shot to Rizzo's right, makes the dive, goes on through, single
Beef: 2-0. 3-0 all missing the low outside corner. dying quail dead center, long run in for Fowler
can't get it, ball hits him in the chin, but doesn't let it get behind him. Nice save. single
Owings: first and second, 1 out. right down main street and he fouls it 0-1. missed one there.
now grounds into a 6-4-3 and that rally is short circuited. scoreless going to last of 4

they just said Brenly will do TMOTTBG today
Rizzo: 1-2. Bradley with two outside runners. inside almost hits him 2-2. in the dirt
low outside 3-2. misses outside with a breaker and Rizzo gets a free pass.
Zobrist: see if we can get a DP on a breaker. two outside heat 1-1. nice shot on the
outside corner causes Ben to bitch to Hunter 1-2. and there it is, 4-6-3 came low with
something off speed.
LaStella: 2-2. check swing strike 3 on ball 3. 5K's for Archie. after 4, scoreless
looks just like yesterday with ZG and Kuechel. Who is going to crack first? The young
gun Bradley or the old veteran Lackey?

after 4. Bradley 73 pitches 48 strikes. Lackey 57 pitches 36 strikes
Tomas: liner to Zobrist, 1 out
Ahmed: try a bunt, Nick. takes a high strike 0-1. low and away 1-1. brutal
breaker low outside swing and a miss by at least a foot. misses high 2-2.
high-low sequence. comes back high and Ahmed fouls it. inside corner called
strike 3. All other pitches were on the outside.
Bradley: 0-2, 1-2. swing and a miss on a nasty slider. Half way, scoreless
Just having a hell of a time trying to get a sustained offense against this greybeard.
