They are bringing up the Scherzer debacle... I mean trade.
Talking about why the DBacks didn't want Max. Is he a starter? Is he a reliever" Is KT a freaking moron?
Ok, not that last one.

7ip for IPK, 3 hrs and 5 runs, but he pitched better than that line. Two of the 3 hrs were "Yankee Stadium hrs"

First and second, 0 out and Goldy hits into a DP
runner on third, 2 out
Lamb
single to right 1-0 AZ
Now if we can get ZG to pitch a shutout, we got this one
Beef
long drive center, and Span immediately goes back for a relatively easy catch

Ok, not that last one.
The freaking moron is whoever hired Towers. He was a loser in San Diego, but apparently someone high up in this organization didn't think it mattered.
As for Scherzer, it amazes me how little faith this organization seems to have in draft choices.

Would've been so much better if they kept Dipoto

We need new ownership, and a shake down top to bottom with Derrick Hall getting the pink slip as well.

Tomas flies out
Owings. strikes out on a foul tip. 2 out
Greinke launches one over Span's head, against the Safelite sign, for a double
LOB as Ahmed grounds to second
1-0 AZ after 2

leadoff walk to Blanco, bringing up Cueto
if you're going to bunt, why take a perfectly buntable strike?
probably because he WASN'T bunting. Swings and fouls.
K&K says Bochy hates it when the corners are crashing and they swing away
bunted in front of home and Blanco goes to second.
Span
lines to Drury, 2 out
Panik
slow bouncer to Segura and 1 LOB
1-0 AZ going to last of 3

Segura.
swing and a miss and safe at first on a wild pitch
Drury
2-1 Segura fakes to second, goes back.
3-2 steals second on a late throw and off to the left. not even close
Is that guy coaching at third the only windmill in Arizona, or are there others?
inside ball 4 and once again, here comes Goldy with first and second and no buddy out
takes a strike on the outside, foul back-inside heat on the hands, foul back again
outside 1-2,foul back on the hands again. foul back on one low and outside, foul off to the right, strikeout swinging on 93 MPH four seamer outside corner.
Lamb
No idea how he approached that AB. Took three called strikes. Got something very hittable on the second one.
Beef
hot shot to Duffy, force at second, 2 LOB
1-0 AZ after 3

Certainly not what I expected of the 200 million man. I know there is a big difference between Dodger Stadium and Chase but this is more than that.

Duffy rips the first pitch into left
must have been looking for that curve ball and got it
single
Posey
up the middle, single, Duffy stops at second
Belt - time for a DP
last four games, Giants 2-35 in RISP
smash single up the middle, Duffy scores Posey to third
nice work by Belt to get out of a 0-2 hole
Greinke thought he had a play to stop that one, but missed it
tied at 1
Pence:slow bouncer to short, out at second, Pence beats it
Posey scores
2-1 Giants
Crawford
another pop foul to Lamb, 2 out
Blanco
57 pitches for ZG
sharp single to right, Blanco to third
Cueto up
pull a Bartolo and hit it out?
Colon's first home run ever was hit at Petco of all places
Blanco in motion on 0-2 and Cueto fouls it
strikes out swinging
2-1 Giants going to last of 4

Just timing the pitches and hitting singles and playing merry-go-round. Doesn't look to me like Greinke is varying his pitches enough

Tomas, high can of corn to Span 1 out
Owings bouncer to Crawford, 2 out
liner to right and Pence with a diving catch
so the Giants get 2 and the Dbacks go 1-2-3
shutdown inning.
after 4
Giants 2-1
