I don't see how you violated them? You didn't use an official logo, just RJ's picture.

I like the "gray" more than the red which looks pink to me. Don't see many red or pink snakes. Also for a group that was so against purple for team colors how are they going to feel about pink!  For what it is worth - I liked purple...

Yes, but unless that was a picture he took himself, or has obtained permission to use, it can't be part of the logo. Sorry.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the images you posted here also be in violation of MLB rules (with exception to the seats)? No game action photos are "allowed" to be taken from first pitch to last out. And even if you do, the copyrights to those images don't belong to you, they belong to MLB. And you even agreed to those terms most likely! Unless of course you have press credentials, then I don't know the rules.

IIRC, Jillian is officially-credited, so that'd be ok. Otherwise, there is potential for an issue, certainly. I'd just rather avoid it over something as trivial as a logo.

See earlier post. As long as it's a picture you took yourself, or have permission to use, it should be fine.
