Figured we needed a topic for amusing [but safe for work!] sites, videos, etc.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AY69-AgUmDQ
It's the trailer for Inception, recut to use footage from Up, and is scarily well-done.

Similarly, Fight Club, redone using Toy Story footage.

I didn't know where to put this so I put it here, because it made me laugh.
Is There A Coup In The Maine Tea Party?.
Quote:
On Tuesday night, Amy Hale -- one of the leaders of the Patriots group -- posted an odd message to the group's website, suggesting that she'd been forced to give up control of the site, according to media reports (the post has since been removed):
Quote:
I was cornered in the parking lot by 10+ people and told that bad things would happen to me if I did not give them the password and hand over Maine Patriots. Therefore, I no longer have control of Maine Patriots. Amy
There are also some great quotes from members.
Quote:
Down in the comments to that post, other tea partiers offered their opinions on what happened. "We are clearly succeeding at restoring sanity to our country or hidden plants wouldn't be so desperate to disrupt our communications openly and chance blowing their cover," one wrote.

Maybe instead of turning an Internet amusement thread to an X-Party sucks thread, we should start two additional threads in the Anything Goes section:
1- Conservatives Suck!
2- Liberals Suck!
and to make sure nobody gets excluded, maybe a third thread:
3- Moderates Suck!
That way we could read about humor in humor threads without worrying about them becoming ugly flamewars.

Well, I wasn't saying that anyone sucked. I was just having a laugh at their expense.
I was thinking we should have one thread entitled "Politics - Enter with thick skin at your own risk" in the anything goes section.

There are lots of funny status on failbook. The one that really stands out off the top of my head was more sad though. A girl changed her relationship status to single, a few minutes later this girl put "you didnt need him anyway!" The original poster then said her fiance had died in a car crash a week earlier and she just got the courage to change it. Who needs enemies, huh?

This is what I think of when I hear about road rage. A great scene from a great show (Malcolm In The Middle).

Carbon emission advert from UK
May be not entirely safe for work, depending on how your work feels about people exploding. Been a bit of a fuss about the ad in the UK...
Feel free to watch it. Or not. No pressure.
