We get a lot of us programming here now, both on Cable and on CD's.
Some Shows I've bought and watched the full episodes on, (all seasons)
Breaking Bad
Boardwalk Empire
Curb your enthusiasm
Modern Family
Desperate Housewives. (Laugh all you want....great show)
I think I liked Breaking Bad the best. Just an awesome show.

I've said before that Breaking Bad is the best show on television. It still is. I'm excited for the final season that starts in July. AMC is doing a lot of good things. The Walking Dead is very good and Mad Men is also excellent. I think I'm going to try to catch up on Justified this summer. I've seen a few episodes, and it's quite good.

Great show! I keep thinking I've figured it out out and then WHAM... here we go again.
They did a great job of making Holder a sympathetic character in the first season to ruin it with the plot twist at the end of the season. I think they've realized that wasn't the way to go with the character and have since tried to rebuild it. I'm an episode behind, but I've been liking the second season. Hell on Wheels had a very good first season as well. Kind of a period drama like Mad Men, and the characters are very well done.

It's funny, I signed up for Netflix so that I could see the new season and rewatch the three previous seasons. I use my TV as a second monitor so we watched it on there. The annoying thing is that it isn't convenient to pause or go back. There are also a couple of random annoying things. I ended up getting the past episodes from bit torrent.

My wife and I just blew through all 6 seasons of "Lost" this summer (2-3 episodes each night after the babies were asleep). Loved it...might be my favorite show of all time. If anyone else watched it, I'd be curious to know your thoughts on the finale (PM me if you feel inclined) - I know that episode is fairly polarizing amongst fans.

The finale? It was the worst payoff I've experienced for the hours I've spent watching any television program. The idea of what they did is the easy way out of any kind of situation and so hackneyed that I would bet the producers of Dallas would think it was a shit idea.

I loved it.
There were a few things I would have liked answered but all in all it was about as perfect as you can get.

I really like The Americans too. I have a love/hate relationship with Fargo. Being from MN, the accents make me cringe. Some of them border on Irish, but it's still funny. Great show so far, though.
A couple of shows I binged on lately - Sherlock (BBC) and Orphan Black. Sherlock is good. Will be another year or two til the next season. The latter is in the middle of it's 2nd season right now. Unique premise. The lead actress has got to be a very busy lady playing multiple parts. Funny and interesting show.

Sherlock is really good. I'm liking this season of mad men, I hope to see Don rebuild himself.
I love Sherlock. Mad Men will be watched at my house until the end. If I had a guess, I'd think Don does some kind of big "F*ck You" to SCDP but still winds up face down in the mud as he is apt to do. It's been a fun ride, and I trust they'll take the show out properly.

I love Sherlock as well. Have decided to watch everything Benedict Cumberbatch that I can get my hands on. He is one of those actors with the rare ability to "get lost" in the performance to the point you see the character, not just the actor playing the character. If anyone cares to watch it, "Parades End" is a great example of this. It was a 5 part mini-series with HBO and BBC. I streamed it from Amazon Prime. Well worth the $20.
Another 5 part series made back in 2009 is "Last Enemy". The message is about big brother, governmental control of our lives. Something to really think about. Also well acted.
