Last 3 weeks look pretty tough. Better get off to a great start

I'm really looking forward to both the Vikings and Cardinals this season. Vikes finally have a QB they can build around. The Cardinals have the talent to win a SB if they can stay healthy. No doubt they'll get another couple of impact players in this year's draft.

And the Cards are rumored to be one of 3 teams still in the hunt for Adrian Peterson (along with Jax/TB). It'd be awesome if AZ could get him. Yes, he's 30, but he's a physical freak who has just had the last year off, basically. The draft begins next Thursday, so if he's traded it'll be in the next week.

Yeah, I am hopeful they get him too. I agree he still can and will be a major factor.

What do you think of the Giants? Can they challenge the Cowboys?

From Rotoworld?

Quote:
Citing six "high-level NFL sources," Yahoo's Charles Robinson reports the Cowboys and Cardinals are not willing to pay the price the Vikings have demanded to trade Adrian Peterson.
"Dallas has not even spoken to Minnesota regarding Peterson," Robinson writes, while Arizona is unwilling to surrender its first-round pick. Peterson-to-the-Cardinals reportedly could be a done deal were Vikings GM Rick Spielman willing to trade A.P. for a mid-to-late second-round pick, but that is currently not happening. Robinson speculates that the Buccaneers and Jaguars are sleepers to acquire Peterson, perhaps in exchange for a top-40 pick. According to Robinson, Spielman's "feet are in cement," he "wants Peterson in a Vikings uniform," and "it's going to take a sledgehammer to remove him from that spot."

The Vikings appear to be keeping him, but I'll take that with a grain of salt. Lots of misdirection going on at this point. The draft begins on Thursday and anything can happen yet.

Forgive my ignorance, since football is really a sport I only follow casually but is there another Adrian Peterson? I could have sworn I read an article a month or so ago about the Cardinals signing an Adrian Peterson....

Sorry never answered this.

Probably not. Eli wasnt that bad last year, just a few really bad games early, but check out his game log.

Beckam is awesome, but needs more help. Running game and offensive line just avg.

Secondary will suck, and not much pass rush.

Draft and free agents are not going to fix this in one season.

I see another losing season, but aske me again in August

41 Bears only NFL Champion in that group. Don't wanna peak too early

Not a big fan of the NFL, or Cardinals for that matter. It would be fantastic, however, for Larry Fitzgerald (CLASS ACT) to get a ring with the Cardinals this season.

I hear ya but look at that schedule 8-0 by the bye week looks like a good possibility.

If they can keep Palmer upright the Valley is going to lose their minds. It's already all Cards all the time when it comes to sports coverage.

Well, were a little bit closer to that being a possibility. 2015 NFCW Champs!

What's the Cardinals' record the last two years in games Palmer finished? 21-3?

Yup. Reason enough to flinch a little when he dislocated that finger last night.

Cardinals CB Tyrann Mathieu has been diagnosed with a torn right ACL, and is done for the season.

It's the Cardinals though, like the Dbacks the stars rarely line up in our favor. Huge blow losing the best CB in the league (by a mile) but still better than resting the season on the arm of Ryan Lindley.
