I will be at the ballpark again tonight, looking to keep the new SF mojo going.

Edgar Gonzalez (7-2, 5.00) vs. Kevin Correia (4-6, 3.59)

Think Salazar will get the start tonight if his ankle is better? Wink

Well, if we are following the Conor Jackson rules imposed by BoMel, then a game winning home run insures you will be benched for the following game...

At the outset this looked to be the rubber match of the series with the two pitching mismatchups yesterday and tomorrow (Webb). Not anymore. Today we play for the sweep!

Hopefully... but not to jinx Webb tomorrow or anything... forget I brought it up...

Kevin Correia has been outstanding in his four starts, giving up only 6 earned runs in 23 innings and walking only one during that time. This might not be a casual walk along the seashore

How many games ARE a casual walk for this team? I NEVER expect an easy victory them, and am totally shocked when they have one.

The last two days i have gone to bed right before the dbacks came back to win it. So here's the question, should i actually stay and watch the rest of the games here on out, or should i just continue going to bed when ever they are down?

With the experience a lot of those guys got last year in Tucson and the experience they're getting this year, there could be a special chemistry developing for years to come.

Don't fuck with a streak... keep doing what you're doing... and get some sleep!

The replays will always be there in the morning... I've been hitting the pillow early of late too and its always something special to wake up to a comeback win.

I would stay and watch the rest of the game because you're missing some great comebacks. Don't fall for the old superstition stuff. Keep in mind that the only REAL superstition(s) is a mountain range near Phoenix. And what you do has no effect on the game unless you're in the stands and interfere with a ball in play.

I'm not a paticularly superstitious person. My personal belief is that someone who's watching at home on tv in tucson has no effect on a game being played a hundred something miles away. But try to tell that to the baseball gods.

I should make a note that the reason i've been going to sleep early during the games is not becuase i've given up on their chances of winning, but because i've had a rather bad cold the last few days.

Now of course all this discussion doesn't matter for tonight's game, as it isn't on tv in tucson.

Sorry to hear that..

Btw .. Have you guys tried the chat room ( or chat stadium:P) that mlb.com has for every game?
