If he wasn't lazy on the basepaths he would already have it. The last double should have easily been a triple. Thom and Gracie were sure hounding him about that.

Wow, I leave for 15 minutes minutes to put my daughter to bed and not only to the D-Backs tie the game, but Estrada hits a HR. Wow! He REALLY wants to play here.

So, should Aldrete talk with Drew about his PAs tonight?

And the D-Backs look like they're going to blow another chance. The season ends tonight if they can come up with something special in the 9th...or get out of the 8th.

Okay, the take with drew, he has to always go the other....Fuck!, did that ball hit the bag? ...Drew likes to hit the ball the other way. He's scuffling right now, but Grace was right on, when he said his swing was to long against Cain tonight. His ab in the fourth, scuffling to get the run home, or ball to right side, with less than two out, would have been more effective if Aldrete/boMel, who both weren't hitters, would have whispered to Drew, he's going to pitch you away here, you're not a pull hitter put your small swing on it, and don't worry about gettting the ball over to the right side. What I'm trying to say, is Drew is a natural inside out hitter, and should always think inside out regardless of the situation. Anyone think Pena's been used a little too much?

Is our bullpen so bad that Melvin keeps Pena in for this long? After Linden singled he should have been pulled.

I'm going to bed. Maybe when I wake up Melvin will have pulled his head from out of Gonzo's ass...errr, did I just say that?!?

Go figure. Oh well, I'm off to bed. We're just not playing good at all right now. Maybe the guys will realize they're in a playoff race and wake up a little. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

The season's just starting. CQ's going to get going have faith, there's a shot right now. Unbelievable how bad Chad Tracy's playing right now, but's its good to have this flat stretch right now.

Well, we got close... but it was really asking too much for Estrada to go 5 for 5...

Coulda, shoulda, woulda...

Webb's ERA is now 2.99... but Pena took the loss...

Is it just me, or did Melvin leave Pena in about 2 batters too many?

Like Thom said, no one else was ready, Vizcaino was warming up, but was never ready to go
