A Google news search for "Max Scherzer" results in two articles, dated December 15th and 17th. The article from the 15th recycles a report from the EV Tribune; and the other article contains information/speculation about the process, all of which has been mentioned in other posts here. (In other words, ain't nuthin' out there right now...)

Apart from mentioning the injury to his bicep, there are no details about terms of a potential contract, either offered or requested.

So all we can do is wait... and wait... and wait... and wait... Confused

Updates on the 5th starter slot from Az Central

Based on this article, it looks to me that the Depth Chart is something like

Edgar
Nippert
Enrique
Eveland

I am going with Nippert. I think he will get it together here in Tucson and get called up prior to the midpoint of the season. Hopefully RJ can help him out Confused
