Perfect game tonight in Clinton, Iowa against the Seattle Mariners Low A affiliate. First perfect game in Kane County's illustrious history. Also first Midwest league perfect game since Scott Dunn (ironically for Clinton) on August 4th, 2000. Dunn made it to the big leagues in 2006 but never had the stuff to succeed.

The link is on FSAZ site,. I've spent many of summer nights in that ballpark and the other 3 MWL parks over the years. Brought back a lot of memories! Including those cow bells!

Threw 100 pitches, 70 strikes had 8 strikeouts.

I stand corrected. The last MWL perfect game was on May 31st 2004 by Burlington Bees (Kansas City) pitcher Chris Coughlin. He was done with baseball after the next season. I've read from some that Grey is sure fire prospect and should be up ASAP with the big league team. It's great the kid threw a perfecto but he still has a long way to go yet.
