Marte
Hazelbaker running for Walker

3 mission bells means it's good night from San Diego!
San Diego 4, Arizona 2
Hunter Renfroe's first inning three run bomb is enough for the win.

Another loss to the Padres. How surprising is that? :?

Hold the Padres to 4 hits, throw out 2 base runners, collect 6 walks, and HBP and still lose.

Actually, they don't mean a damn thing ANYWHERE. So many of those parks are way up high.
It's a hitters league and a pitcher's nightmare.

I wonder if we can win any of these games
walks walks walks
Solarte walks in the first, get him out and Renfroe never comes up to hit a three run homer
both Renfroe's dinger and Hedges' blast came following a walk
Goldy 0-4 tonight
didn't have many chances tonight
and 2 wasn't going to be enough

And our WCHFA clinch remains at 7 with the Rox getting a free shot to come closer on Thursday when we are idle.
And with the Rox playing in San Francisco next two nights, expect two more W's for the purple.

In 2017, the Pacific Coast League teams averaged 709 runs for the season. International League teams averaged 600
The Pacific Coast League teams hit an average of 140 home runs for the season. International League teams averaged 118
The Pacific Coast League BA was .274. The International League BA was .257
International League Parks are all at sea level or close to it. Not sure which one of the 14 has the highest elevation but it can't
be too high up.

My guess would be Charlotte but not at all sure. Actually I was told its Gwinett Braves at just over 1,000 feet. All the rest are 650-900
