9-0. Could this be another 2009?, 2010? or even 2014?

The Dbacks scored!
But if a run comes against Keith Hessler, does it really count?
And its over, 10-3

Ah, morph the Bat Dream into Yadi light. You'd think with such dreams they'd find a better place than RF to develop a catcher. I wonder how the Cards would have been over the last several years if Tony had been promoted to GM instead retiring.

The battle for the bottom continues.
We have our ACE on the mound so you gotta like our chances. Right?

You spend a gold mine on one of the best pitchers in baseball, put him on your team, put him out there tonight, and if he can't beat these pathetic Padres, you might as well sell the team and move it to Montreal and quit embarassing the fine folks of Arizona.

Well, if we want real change this season might be the way to do it huh?
Looks like TLR and Stew are just a different nut from the same tree that Kendrick plucked Towers from

TLR is becoming Gretzky with the Coyotes, to me.

Giants win 10-5 in Colorado, featuring 2 3-run dingers from Posey. They scored 6 in the 8th, stringing 8 hits, including reliever Cody Gearrin getting a single in his first career plate appearance. The most pitches any of them took in that inning was 3, and the first thing they saw and liked, they swung at, and hit hard, even the three outs were hit hard. Proving that if you get your pitch early in the count, you swing and get a hit, instead of just standing there and taking strikes.

If the Dbacks don't win tonight, they are back in last place, 10 games behind SF and it isn't even Memorial Day yet.

I personally would flip Bourn and Owings (defensively). I have more faith in ZG than Blind Squirrel, so sure, I can live with that...
I think we need a designated player rule.
