This was the one game in the series that I thought they SHOULD'VE won too
Going in, matchups were in their favor. But nah.

Is this Diamondbacks organization SERIOUS about being a contender?
or even finishing over 500?
or are they just waiting for some kind of golden goose
or pretty roman virgins to feed them grapes while they sit in their easy chairs
but most likely some kind of miracle to cover their incompetence and say they
are geniuses because there was a major upset and they actually HAD a
winning season?
They should become a fertilizer company. Enough bullshit coming out of there to keep all the fields of Maricopa County productively fertilized for generations to come. Feed the hungry. Send all the homeless to Arizona, there'll be enough food for all humanity.

I'm even more annoyed than I would normally be because of all of the WIN NOW moves they made that are just blowing up in their faces. This is just awful to watch, and the future is going to suck even more because of everything they gave up.
TLR and Kendrick are probably too stubborn to realize their mistake and rebuild too.

They're probably both afraid that they'll die before they'd see results. After all, isn't that what's most important? Besides, who really wants to learn a new job, and work hard after they retire?

Someone should ask Gonzo if TLR ever ordered pitchers to throw at players.

This team is so sucky.
1st inning, 1st and 2nd. One out. Don't score.
2nd inning, 1st and 2nd. One out. Don't score.
Not one of our guys showed any kind of patience at the plate. Even Goldy with the bases loaded went after the very first pitch.
One of the St Louis (I think It was v SLC) booth guys when we played them said that he thinks the Dbacks will hit a hot streak soon and will be one of the teams to watch heading for the post season. Said the NL West was between us and the Giants.
I say NO CHANCE.
We will win 70 games top, it we are very lucky. In fact I am beginning to wonder if we will ever having a winning season again, let alone make the post season.
D-Surfer needs a bloody medal for all his great play by plays, because doing them for this team must be so damn hard and beyond frustrating.
(Yes as you can tell, I am mighty pissed with this team, Sorry)

Between us and San Diego for the basement spot surely?
Not sure I can keep staying up for the dbacks games, knowing already at this early stage we have no chance yet again. I now have BT Sport and they show 1 or 2 games every day. Might watch then instead and use here to catch up on our games.
And as I type our missed chances come right back to bite as the Pirates pitcher hits a 3 run homer.

3 straight innings where we had a runner at 3rd and less than two outs. No runs scored. Sheesh!
