Aybar tries to hit it out, and hit it up, to Peralta. 1 out
D'Arnaud: right over the mound, single to center
Delgado in no kind of fielding position, his back to the ball when it went by
Castro; first pitch is head high and fouled right. looking for D'Arnaud to run.
Delgado slow to the plate
and Castro hits into a double play.
there's a reason the Braves are where they are
guys like Castro can only hit mistakes apparently

Jim Johnson will pitch the 11th
Goldy leads off.
low outside corner called strike 1, then 2-1
3-1. go ahead, Johnson, walk him. He ain't hitting
ball 4 on the outside called strike 2
another middle finger from Rob Drake
and ball 4 is too far off for Drake to call it a strike, so there is a walk

Peralta
screamer that Peralta had no chance on it and missed badly 0-1
low zone, fouled to the Braves dugout 0-2
high 1-2.
the Bravescasters have kept the zone on the screen most of the day. Foxtrax
outside 2-2. grounder to second, bad throw there but they get the force
1 out
terrible slide by Goldy and it's a wonder he didn't get hurt.
Manager says that was an illegal slide
Chip says this has been ruled a DP in some places
Pollock went down on something similar
WHO'S THE FUCKING IDIOT WHO IS TELLING OUR GUYS TO SLIDE LIKE THIS???????
how Goldy didn't jam his wrist is beyond me
ruling will stand. Force play only. No illegal slide

Drury
Bravescasters saying call stood because Aybar had no play at first anyway
15 K's by Dback hitters so far today
Drury fouling off pitches and stands 2-2. Homered against Johnson Friday.
strike 3 and this one appeared to be in the zone

At least someone realized you have to make contact to score a run! Hermann

Peralta tries to steal second and overslides the bag
Aybar can't make the tag reaching back
And Chris Herrman gives us a lead with a dinger on a 0-2 count
first career multi-homer game
CHRIS HERRMANN STRIKES AGAIN!!!

Ziegler will try for the save
6-6 on the year
has been in every game this series
Pierzynski (is that polish for "easy out") leads off
grounds out on ball 4
1 out
Markakis - 3-0. and walks on four pitches bringing up the tying run
EI - flies to Drury 2 out
Freddy is their last hope
low change and Freddy misses badly - 77 MPH - 1-2
grounds out to Ahmed
Dbacks complete the sweep
5-3 final
Delgado gets the win
Corbin had a W in his pocket but...

Lots of memories (Dbacks ones) in Turner just now set in, no more Dbacks games in Turner. The 3 game LCS run in 2001, RJ's perfecto, a 4 game sweep in 2006. Some great memories

Just glad it wasn't us. This would have been a horrendous loss.

There were still some moments during this series, especially today where I was frustrated with how the Dbacks were playing
But nice to leave this series 3-0 despite that.
