Telling that the only thing he gives an 'A' to are the 2001 throwbacks. I think his assessment is mostly spot-on, if a little generous. But to be fair he is taking a more measured approach as a sports uniform conoisseur, while I'm a Dbacks superfan who probably cares a bit TOO much about this.

Subtle "snakeskin" should have been the way to go and really, subtle everything. A bit disappointing with the end result but I want to see them on the field as well. The gray unis are a bit interesting and they might have something to work with if they remove some of the added details and tweak them next year. Paul Lukas brings up a good point about gold being added somehow, it could actually work really well if kept at a minimum perhaps even replacing "sonoran sand" with gold. I was always a sucker for the copper in the old uniforms so having something iridescent again would be all right with me.

At first glance it's just too much all around but with enough tweaking the next few years and they might be okay. But just okay.

I'm sorry guys.... I wish this never happened.

Worse than i would have guessed

It appears I'll be in the minority here, but I don't hate them. My favorites are the two road charcoal uniforms, least favorite is the home white. It will be interesting to see what they look like once they are on the field playing the game.

I'm in an even bigger minority in that I could barely care less about the uniforms. I've never been much for fashion and it's at the bottom of the list of problems I have with the D-backs.

Not a fan, but I don't think I'm the target audience anyway. Neither is much of the board.
