It looks like, at some point, one of the upgrades "broke" the registration process - the question you are supposed to be asked as part of the process was no longer being displayed. So no-one could register! I think it's probably just a question of finding a version of our template which is compatible with the newest version, but until that's done, I've switched us back to the default, so new people will be able to register. We apologize for any resulting inconvenience. :)

As long as we still have the site, everything is fine with me.

Thanks.
Not going to lie, the first time I logged on (before I saw your announcement) my first reaction was that we had been hack attacked again.

On a totally unrelated note.... Jim I know my recap is on Sunday, I will be ok for it as long as we dont go into extra innings. I will write my recap as the game goes along. I am on call for my cna job starting at 1:30pm... (which I didnt know yet when I signed up, it is a staffing agency). So I might not be able to finish a recap of a 16 inning game. 9 or 10 innings are probably fine, so could you or soco finish where I leave off in the event of a marathon? Thanks, I appreciate it.

I will know by 1:30 if I have to go somewhere. I'll say something in the GDT if I have to leave at that time. By 1:30 a 9 inning game should be over with.

Just letting you know. Figured if I said it on the Pit, it might get lost in everyone else's comments.

Not a prob. I'll likely be about, so just yell if you need us. Here's to a crisp, non rain-delayed game!

Hey Jim, thanks for keeping us up and running. Would it be possible to replace the light red image that shows that indicates new post next to the posted date? You replaced it with a black one previously and it made it far easier to tell if I was looking at a new post or an old post.

I remember doing this, but can't remember which image you mean! Was it this one?

Just to the left of a thread title on the 'View New Posts' screen? If you can right click on the image, click 'View Image' and give me the address of the actual icon, that'd be v.helpful.

Thanks for the response, Jim. Sorry I'm a little slow to reply. I'm not sure if the one that you pointed out is the same image that I'm talking about. If that one's on the thread listing page, it may be slightly different since it does have the arrow. Here is the URL of the one I'm talking about:

styles/milky_way_red/imageset/icon_post_target_unread.gif

It shows up next to every individual "unread" post in each thread. A black one instead of a light red one makes my (27 year) old eyes much happier.

Thanks again.

I don't know about anyone else, but that link only results in a blank page for me... :(

Look at the top left corner of the page, there's the icon. It's just that its so little.

Think I found it, and restored the image from the old template. Take a look - you may need to clear your browser cache and/or refresh the page.

Thanks. For some reason I can't get it to go on my main browser, but other browsers seem to show the new image. It's definitely there.
