The yearly server bill came due on July 31st, and while I've been able to fund it for the past three renewals, I'd appreciate a little help this time! Donations are now being accepted through the front page of the site: all major credit-cards can be accepted, though regrettably, you don't get to write this off on your taxes. :)

Any contributions will be gratefully accepted! I think we've got about a week before they flick the switch off, and the target is $120...

Thanks Jim, I've been meaning to put this up myself the last few days. I'll contribute and I'm sure other members of this great board will do the same to keep the conversations flowing. Cheers!

What is the total bill? Trying to gauge what an appropriate donation would be...

$120 covers the cost of hosting for the year. Thinking about it, there's probably another $20 or so for our domain names too. Add a little for PayPal's service fees, and it'd be nice to hit $150 and have everything covered.

Thanks to our first contributor, Tommy C. :)

Yeah, it's the wife's bead company. She has the "proper" PayPal account!

All donations appreciated, regardless of size. I added a fundraising thermometer to the front page so we can see how it's going...

I happily donated to help keep this great Dbacks board going. I love this place!

Well, that didn't take long. :)Due in particular to one VERY generous donor, the fund-raising drive has reached its target in the first 12 hours. Thanks go to all who contributed: I should have had a button for whether or not you wanted public acknowledgment, but let's just say, you know who you are! All bills have duly been paid and we can now return you to your normal programming...

Thanks again!

Really glad that we got all of the donations in, and extra thanks to that one VERY generous donor. If I wasn't so strapped for cash, I'd definitely drop some coin for the board, I'll definitely put away $20 for the community next year.
