The reason why the 7 is black because it's not a link, because you're already on that page. It's just bolded text.
The reason why the thread titles are black is because you've visited those threads. I think it's rather useful, personally. I suck at keeping track of what threads I've read.

And if you read the first line in that thread, Jim says it was because of my request in this thread.

That may be... But the fact is that the conversation on that topic is now taking place OVER THERE - and so is out of place here.

That post predated the thread. Something must be wrong with my Powers of the Second Sight.

That problem for me usually goes away around the second half of a large pitcher of margaritas!

If this problem persists for more than four hours, I'd call a doctor instead of an administrator.

I saw this on the user preferences...

You probably just accidently clicked on the wrong date. Just go to your profile and edit it to the right one.

I just looked at my own, it is day-month-year. This board is set up for British (the language too iirc). According to the gameday bday reservations you are 4-11, which is the opposite of 11/4.

Its ok, today is the 9th anniversary of us winning the WS anyway...

No, you (or a mod) would have to edit out your post and then re-post it in the correct area. It isnt possible to move an individual post (actually, you could but it would have to be a newly created topic).

As you can see, that's no longer true with this new release. Your post was just separated and moved from the Internet Amusement thread to this hiking thread. So much more magic available to us now. 8-)
