Boise State defensive coordinator Marcel Yates will join the Arizona staff in the same role, according to Sports Illustrated’s Thayer Evans.

The streak is over, your coach thinks he's Bobby Knight on the sidelines and now the rumors are out there that he might be NBA bound.

maybe Graham can bring back his son Arizona State running backs coach Kodi Burns has joined Gus Malzahn’s staff, per SI. The spot on Malzahn’s staff opened yesterday when co-offensive coordinator / wide receivers coach Dameyune Craig left for the wide receivers job at LSU.
don't look now but Arizona is tied for 1st in the pac12

Made it back for the UCLA game on Friday night and it was a great atmosphere at McKale. Far and away the class of the west coast when it comes to college hoops environments. Look at attendance across college hoops, it's dreadful, yet McKale keeps packing in 14,500 game after game. No talk of "right-sizing" or renovating by chopping off half the upper deck for UA Hoops. Unlike other "major" sports programs in the state...

Arizona swept by Colorado and Utah so no pac12 title this year and may have a short run in March

I told myself going into the year that if we made a Sweet 16, it should be considered a good year. Team has shown flashes of being very good and similar instances of being simply average. Still a tournament team, but next year we'll be better suited to make a deep run. Especially if Josh Jackson commits.

Nothing else to do in Tucson. Is there really much night life in Tucson? Anything even half as good as Tempe or Scottsdale? Not much competition for the sports $$$ in Tucson.

No kidding... Tucson is one of the largest cities without a professional sports franchise at at least the top minor league level. It is actually pretty pathetic how they have supported non UofA sports. So whenever I see someone "brag" about how well UofA basketball is supported I get a good chuckle.

Tucson supports UA sports better than PHX supports anything. What's pathetic is how terribly the region of 4 million "supports" their local teams. Dbax want to chop their stadium in half, ASU is already chopping their stadium in half, not very many Suns fans around this year, the only team drawing is the NFL club in the newest facility in the region.
