Weird stat on Baseball Mogul

There is a pitcher stat on Mogul called DICE? Anyone have a clue what the hell that is? They dont have WHIP, but have this thing.

For instance a season line from one of my RPs (pitcher chosen at random)
65 games, 6-5 WL, 3.69 era, 70 ip, .242 OBA, and....4.19 DICE?? (the Cy Young winner had a 3.08 DICE)

BR doesnt have this stat and I cant find anything on google. Shoe? Anyone? :lol::?

(This has always bothered me...it could be I am completely over looking something obvious)
