Actually that thread was starting to annoy me with it's length.

Who here ever went back to read page 12 ?

Also, in case anyone didn't see it, Haren threw a complete game against the Rangers last night.

Good for him. He's the one ex-Diamondback that I just can't bring myself to root against.

Of course - he got the loss too... poor guy. What a crappy year. LAAs offense might be worse than ours.

Jackson throws 7 IP of 1 run ball with only 1 BB in the game.

Sutcliffe commented late in the game that Sox pitching coach Don Cooper noticed Jackson was slouching at the top of his delivery and it was causing him to lose control of his pitches. By keeping his body straighter at the top of his delivery he was able to stay on top of the ball more and have more control of his pitches. They showed a side-by-side while explaining this and it was obvious.

Quid and I debated about this in last nights gameday thread. I still contend this guy gets a pitching coach that knows what the hell he is doing and EJ will be a nice find for someone. Maybe that was one of the things he was doing when tipping his pitches?
