Astros are looking solid so far. Game 1 was all Altuve. They're up 4-1 in the 6th in game 2 with Keuchel having just left after 5.2 with a runner on. Go Stros!

Lots to like about the young 'Stros. Easy team to root for.

That was... interesting. Judge on 1B, fly ball he advances to 2B. The CF catches it and doubles im off at 1B.

Wait! Review. He made it back before the throw. Safe, now the issue is, he didn't touch 2B again before going back.

Astros apparently can't challenge that part, so they opt for the throw to 2B..... Before the Astros can, Judge tries to steal 2B presumably because he knew he never touched the bag...and is out. Actually Girardi sent Judge, wanted him to go because he new the Astros were going to get the out.

TDS/EJ/ any other old timers ever seen anything like that

4-0, bottom 7th.
Judge murders the ball to straightaway CF. 4-1

Here we go.

MFY have some serious momentum. Gonna be interesting to see if Keuchel can restore order for the Astros.

The prospect of a MFY vs MFD world series is in the 50/50 realm more or less

I would have no choice but to root for MFY to beat MFD

Just shoot me now

I would just not watch it. Hockey season now. (and believe it or not, SlingTv doesn't have Fox...FS1, FS2, FSAZ and FSSD but not Fox :? )

edit- then again, it also doenst have ABC/CBS/NBC (but has NBC Sports), so maybe it is a, "no cable channels."

Houston wins the ALCS Verlander the MVP

Sorry Shadow :(

Well, I now can say that I have a full throated favorite, and vested interest.

Gonna be tough to unseat Dodgers, but at least Houston has Keuchel, Verlander, then McCullers going full rest for games 1,2,3.
